Appendix

Appendix is termed is a narrow, hollow muscular tube present near the joint of the small and large intestine. It has no significant function in human body. The common problem in context to appendix is appendicitis which is inflammation of the appendix. It occurs mostly after 10 years of age (adolescence), though it can occur in any age group.

Appendicitis is an inflammation of the appendix. It's a medical emergency that almost always requires surgery as soon as possible to remove the appendix.

Gallbladder is a pear shaped organ which is present near the liver. It is responsible for storing and concentrating bile juice which is produced in the liver. Gall stones is the most common problem associated with gallbladder. They are formed in the gall bladder and may varies in number and size. The reason behind the formation of such stones is not scientifically verified, but it can occur in any age group and is more prominently seen in the age group of 30-40.

The gallbladder collects and stores a liquid called bile that helps your body break down food. Small, hard deposits called gallstones can form in the gallbladder. This is a common condition. If your gallstones cause health problems, doctors might do surgery to remove it.
